We're coming to the middle of the game now with World 4, Krazy Kremland. This one doesn't really have much of a theme, certainly none of the standard video game world themes. It has four different kinds of levels that are mostly unrelated. We start with Hornet Hole, 4-1, while takes place inside a giant beehive. As you'd expect, there are Zingers all over the place in here...along with beetles and porcupines? The music for beehive stages is even called Flight of the Zinger. There is also honey, which makes you stick to it. If it's on the floor, you won't be able to move left or right and can only jump, unless you're teamed up or riding an animal buddy. If it's on the wall, well, same thing, except you'll have to jump to climb up or down it. You can also get Squitter here if you spot the side path, and he makes things significantly easier because he can actually get rid of the Zingers. After beating this one, we enter the amusement park part of Krazy Kremland and ride a dangerous roller coaster in 4-2, Target Terror. These are the game's mine cart stages, but in DKC2, they all have some sort of gimmick to them. In this one, you have to hit barrels to open gates that block your progress. If you miss the barrel, or if you hit the wrong barrel, you'll run into the gate and lose a Kong. The barrels get harder and harder to hit the farther into the stage you go.
