Camp Bastion has hosted an international event showcasing a breakdown service with a difference. It was not so much a case of roadside assistance as frontline relay, with five nations getting together to demonstrate how they can rescue stranded or damaged military vehicles under fire. It was an opportunity for each country to get hands-on experience of different techniques to act quickly and efficiently in any combat emergency.
