Still got more MultiVersus....so take it and like it!

Set 1: Training Room, Batcave
Batman (Tankt0pTy1er) & Jake (Swedgehound) vs. Batman (me) & Garnet (DREWBIRD2K7)

Let's give Batman another go huh? Then again after this set....maybe not. A big issue in the first match is that I was like on constant cooldown...and Batman narrating that gets annoying. No other character has voice lines for things on cooldown, so why does he? But anyway probably the biggest issue right now is just....man Batman cannot kill. Fully charged up attacks can't net kills on enemies with over 100 damage. For as much fuss as his Batarangs are to deal with they sure don't pack a punch! Looking at the enemy team, Jake kinda carried them with the most damage AND KOs in both fights so...yeah Batman needs work. At least I got the funny line about everyone breaking into the Batcave!

Set 2: Trophy's E.D.G.E. 2, Training Room
Arya Stark (me) & Tom & Jerry (Briconia) vs. Steven Universe (Casialte42) & Wonder Woman (Lentiva)

Tom & Jerry are by far the rarest characters I encountered in this alpha test, and honestly they're probably among the harder to use...at least if you're mostly just going for their ranged stuff. Arya meanwhile is meant to be an "expert" character and...I definitely feel like I need to be one to use her halfway decently.

I don't know pretty much anything about Game of Thrones but Arya is a "Face stealer?" But in this game all this amounts to us being able to mimic a character's neutral strong attack which...seems kinda lame. People are calling her the Kirby but I'm not seeing the use. Meanwhile she's a sword character with like NO range that has to rely on backstab damage to be dangerous I find. Things went pretty well for me in this set, but I had quite a few matches where it felt like I couldn't do anything with her.

Set 3: Trophy's E.D.G.E., Tree Fort, Batcave
Superman (thanassthicc) & Batman (ElDeleter) vs. Arya Stark/Taz (me) & Garnet (Albertoc)

So I feel really bad about this set. For starters....that first match went REALLY well. A little too well. I completely botched the second match. I accidentally died righter after coming back which was a big loss, and then managed to get KO'd again to end it. But at this point I had decided I was going to try to get everyone to at least level 5 and was done with Arya...so I swapped to another character that needed to get there...Taz.

Here's the thing...both of our opponents were on PlayStation, so it is VERY likely at any given moment neither of them could see my character. And we're on Batcave, a very compact stage with smoke that obscures characters on the regular...yeah this feels like a hollow win. I had forgotten they were both PlayStation and honestly I avoided picking Taz because I didn't want to screw over other players unintentionally...what have I become?!

I have about three more videos to go before I'm done. Gonna showcase the much-hidden Free-For-All mode next time so...stay tuned!
