I can sorta put the boss in a loop, but just sorta. But even so, it still works to cheese the fight to some degree.

Basically he tends to start blocking after some hits, and he hold his block for a fixed amount of time. So by attacking him right as he unblocks, we can sorta put him in a loop, provided he does not choose to perform a hyper armoured retaliation move, which he has a lot of.

As far as Nioh 2 open beta is concerned, it works fine. It loads fast, your character dies faster, and is just more Nioh.

My only experience with the series is having played the time limited Nioh 1 open alpha, and most of what I've mentioned then is still relevant to this one. Just that equipment no longer breaks and I can finally make my dream waifu.

But this time around, I managed to clear all stages, so that's something.
