After taking on Byron in Canalave Gym, and talking with Professor Rowan, Dawn, and Barry about the three lakes, we hear reports that an explosion has been set off at Lake Valor, and to nobody's surprise, Team Galactic are the ones that have caused it. I enter Lake Valor and find the lake had dried up, and encounter a Team Galactic Commander that I have not yet encountered during the adventure.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

At the start of the video, there was a Silk Scarf at Veilstone City which I didn't even know you can get there. When you enter Lake Valor, the lake has dried up and Magikarp are flopping about, and Team Galactic were the cause of the explosion, and there is a hidden HP Up, which is an item you can permanently miss, and I didn't know about it either.
After fighting the Team Galactic Grunts, I enter the cave in Lake Valor, and this is where we first encounter Saturn, one of the Team Galactic Commanders, I will go over his team.
Kadabra: Kinesis, Reflect, Psychic, Rain Dance (Damp Rock)
Bronzor: Confuse Ray, Payback, Gyro Ball, Extrasensory
Toxicroak: Mud-Slap, Revenge, Toxic, Thief

Saturn is male by the way, despite his Toxicroak being female, because usually the Pokémon owned by Trainers tend to be the same gender as the Trainers themselves, and Saturn's Toxicroak is a rare case, as Toxicroak doesn't have a higher chance of being female. His Kadabra has Rain Dance and a Damp Rock to support its teammates, for Bronzor, it is to reduce the damage from Fire-type move against it, and for Toxicroak, it is to benefit its Ability of Dry Skin, which heals Toxicroak when it is raining, and his Toxicroak has some very weird moves, because in the original games, Toxicroak had attacking moves like Poison Jab and X-Scissor, but in this game, this Toxicroak seems to be all about stalling out the target. Saturn shouldn't be too hard, his Kadabra can't do anything against Dark-type Pokémon, we've fought Bronzor very recently, and his Toxicroak is 4x weak to Psychic-type moves.
After the battle, Saturn tells us that Mars is at Lake Verity, which is Team Galactic's next stop, and their plan is to capture the Legendary Pokémon that live in the three lakes. Back at Twinleaf Town, there is a hidden Odd Keystone you can get by Surf, and there was a hidden Potion which I forgot to pick up back at Verity Lakefront, that one I forgot all about it.
When you enter Lake Verity, Professor Rowan tells you to help Dawn or Lucas out, and there are two Double Battles against the Galactic Grunts, and after that, it it time to fight Mars again, don't know why it says "???" instead of "Mars" before introducing herself, as we have fought her before, but anyway, time to go over her team.
Golbat: Astonish, Poison Fang, Bite, U-turn
Bronzor: Confuse Ray, Payback, Gyro Ball, Iron Defense
Purugly: Growl, Aerial Ace, Slash, U-turn (Sitrus Berry)

Similar team, the difference is Mars has Golbat and Purugly, and she now has a Bronzor. Golbat has U-turn to switch out, Purugly has that move as well, and its Aerial Ace is there to give it type coverage against any Fighting-type Pokémon you are likely to use against it, and Bronzor, not much can be said since Bronzor was a Pokémon you have fought very recently, even before fighting Saturn. Mars doesn't have much of a strategy with her team, and the only held item is the Sitrus Berry on Purugly.
After the battle, Mars tells us that the Legendary Pokémon of the lakes have been captured, and Professor Rowan then asks me to go to Lake Acuity, which is where Barry is at, and help him out, and Lake Acuity is located near Snowpoint City, which is where the next Gym is at.
