Splatoon 3: Turning defence in to attack in Tower Control [16-4, Carbon Roller Deco]
A little inking of walls to start, but I have to hide until we have good turf control. Around the side seems to be okay, even after I've leapt out for one ambush. The Sloshing Machine gets away, or maybe it's me that gets away, and that lets me splat two more inklings off the Tower. That's a good start. I catch another inkling by surprise, but a missed flick gives the Sloshing Machine time to splat me before I can run away again. I come back trying to catch an inkling not hiding very well, with a Point Sensor on them, and scoot past the action to turn around and hit it from behind. That splat of mine gives us the Wipeout, and a chance to ride the Tower.
The Tower isn't entirely safe, so it's good I have my Trizooka. One shot hits, the others miss, but I drop down and sneak up the block to the ledge, where I find one inkling on a second guess. I wait for more, but I'm not a huge fan of staying close to the other team's base, so I go back to support the team. In this case, I chase an inkling running away, and circle back to suppress the other team with the Trizooka. I try to get more splats coming from behind, but I am not as powerful as I think. We are wiped out.
We come back to a barrage of Inkstrikes, which I avoid, until I lunge at the Tower. I get two splats out of it, at least, although it doesn't stop the Tower. We manage that in due time, and start pushing it back. A Trizooka saves me from a nearby inkling, and moving around the side runs in to another, and I push up to keep the purple team at bay. It works better when I don't get splatted, to be honest. My squidmates keep the Tower moving, though, and I super-jump back to help, once I can stay on the slippery thing. I jump off to splat the Sloshing Machine, but get right back on to share in the glory of hitting the goal. Woomy!
