It's Tigerfest 75, and we're battling 3 vs 3! I've been getting splatted a lot, so I am trying to be more cautious to start with, getting lucky with a ranged attack from the platform, and doing well to run away from the Flingza Roller yet somehow staying just close enough for a blast to finish them off. A Point Sensor finds the third pinkling, although by this point the other two are returning, and coming right for me. My squidmates do an excellent job of riding the Tower, giving us an excellent lead, and I am late to catch up, having to run away again immediately. I just about manage it, by turning back the way I came. It gets me a lucky splat on the Stamper as I do, only for the Flingza Roller to be right behind them.

I see Beakons. I want to get the one close to us, but can't ignore the Tower. I defend, getting a couple of splats, nearly get splatted by the Stamper, but am helped out by our Splatana, and that lets me move on to the Beakon. It's been used, but only once. I move around, clear the Tower, boldly ridden by the Splat Roller, and start riding it forwards again. Nothing happens for a few seconds, and I catch the Splat Roller coming my way, the Flingza Roller is a collaboration, and the Stamper is perhaps a bit too keen to get on to the Tower. That clears the way to increase our score. Although I back off quickly, when it looks like we can move forwards I head back, only to dump my ink tank in to a Suction Bomb and be at the mercy of pinklings out for ink.

The pinklings push for turf control before riding the Tower, doing well to keep us at bay, and I sacrifice myself to the Kraken. My squidmates do well to pause the Tower, and I help a bit on my return, pushing for a splat on the Splat Roller as things look clear, only to be mightily surprised by the Flingza Roller, thanks to an unspotted Beakon. There are more Beakons too, maybe only one of immediate concern to us, and going looking for it gets me hit by a swarm of Tenta Missiles. We've lost turf, are being pushed back, and I am started to worry about our lead. Splatting the Flingza Roller helps, hitting the Kraken off the Tower too, saving our lead just before we lose it. But forgetting about the Zipcasting Stamper is a mistake.

At least a squidmate rides the Tower backwards a little, leaving only a few seconds for the pinklings to try once last time for the lead. They try their best, and get close again, but accidentally get off the Tower just at the wrong moment, leaving it free for my squidmates to steal. Woomy!
