Echoes SoV team against FEH's latest challenge.

Haven't had much of a chance to record anything new, and at times when that happens I share something from FEH (not a big time investment with some sort of progress constantly made) if I can. Here's one I thought I'd drop here before I got around to continuing one of the challenges already in progress.

SoV doesn't have all that many characters in the game as of yet, and some of the characters I considered very strong a year ago I no longer think very highly of (LAlm and OG Celica, to give just two examples). While the lower difficulties fail to pose much of a challenge, the same cannot be said of Abyssal, with its inflated stats, high HP being a notable example.

My party consists of Duo Alm, Brave Celica, Legendary Celica (yeah, that's three Celicas considering she's part of the duo) and Picnic Silque. Duo Alm replaces her Prf skill with Aether, powering up his damage and recovering HP steadily with a Flashing Blade seal, Spurn 3 and his weapon effect's helping him tank and nail the enemies really hard. His Duo skill buffs the party up, restoring negative status and recovering HP, and though I use it once I don't really need it. Brave Celica is my PP nuke, quading foes with her recently refined weapon and activating Galeforce to attack again or reposition herself. Legendary Celica also has LAlm's true damage (free Moonbow) trait that Duo Alm has inherited too, and her NFU effect allows her to take on Wary Fighter knights extremely well. Miracle is also a lifesaver against enemy brave bow users. Picnic Silque is here for the buffs, as giving Brave Celica a Speed+3 seal lets the latter benefit from buffs together with Duo Alm regardless of their location on the map. Her recovery isn't needed much here.

LAzura is a legitimately annoying unit in her own right, and if she gets to attack something and survive (say, because of that pesky Flash+ priest who prevents counterattacks for the remainder of the turn you engage him), you have to deal with the threat of her AoE attack. I have Brave Celica function as a wallbreaker by getting past both the priest and Azura, after which Duo Alm deals with most of the enemies still alive.

Not gonna lie, these challenges that limit which game you can use a line-up from can be pretty fun, as are the Resonant Battles with similar restrictions. I've actually been considering foddering Duo Alm off to somebody who wants both Spurn 3 and DC (Echidna, who I use in the arena, already has them) but have since then pulled a random Male Kris (Spurn 3 & JDA), so I may as well hold on to this Alm for clearing future content.
