What is the Faithful texture pack? It is a very long-standing resource pack that strives to make Minecraft look better without drastically changing its look. It does this by softening a lot of textures, simplifying other textures, and giving others a completely new look all while trying to keep things in line with Minecraft’s vanilla look. The reason Faithful is called Faithful is because it tries to stay as faithful as possible to the default look of Minecraft. However, let’s go ahead and jump right on into how you can add the Faithful texture pack to Minecraft 1.15!
First and foremost, we need to download Faithful for Minecraft 1.15. Luckily, we have Faithful’s download link in the description above. When you click that link, it will take you off to our website where you will see our text tutorial on how to download and install the Faithful texture pack. If we go too fast in this video, you can use that tutorial to go at your own pace. Nevertheless, once you are here, you just need to click on the yellow ‘Download Faithful’ button. This will take you off to Faithful’s official website where you want to click on Faithful 1.15. Then, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the black ‘Download’ button. Faithful for Minecraft 1.15 will start downloading instantly. You will need to keep the file on Google Chrome and save it on Mozilla Firefox.
Now, it is time to install Faithful in Minecraft 1.15. To get stated, you actually just need to open up Minecraft 1.15. Now, this also works newer versions such as Minecraft 1.15.1 or Minecraft 1.15.2. Thus, if you want to get Faithful in Minecraft 1.15.1, the process is exactly the same. Once you have #Minecraft open, from the main menu, click on ‘Options’. Then, click on the ‘Resource Packs’ button. Here you will see a ‘Open Resource Pack’ folder in the bottom left. Click that and a folder will open. Now, all you need to do in order to install the Faithful texture pack in Minecraft 1.15 is drag-and-drop it into this folder.
After you have added #Faithful to the Resource Packs folder, you will need to go back to Minecraft, click the ‘done’ button in the bottom right of Minecraft. Click on ‘Resource Packs’ again, and you will see Faithful in the available resource packs section. Hover over it with your mouse and click the arrow that appears to move it into the ‘selected resource packs’ section. Now, click the done button again, and the Faithful 1.15 #TexturePack will activate!
