How to Get Sound ID on Roblox – Find & Copy Song or Music ID
34In this video I show you how to get sound ID on Roblox, you can use this to find and copy a song or music ID so that you can use it in a Roblox experience. To get a Sound ID in Roblox you will need to access the Roblox Creator Store, which can be done two different ways.The first option is to use the Roblox Creator Hub website. On the Roblox creator hub website you will need to go to the Store then select Audio from the subcategory. Here you can manually look through the categories to find the audio you want to use, or you can use the search box if you have a specific sound in mind.
To hear the sounds you can hover your cursor over the sound and click the play button. This will allow you to listen to the sound effect or song to ensure it’s exactly what you want. To get the sound Id on Roblox you will need to right-click on the sound and select Copy Asset ID. This will automatically copy the sound ID to your clipboard, allowing you to paste it into Roblox Studio or wherever you want to use the sound in Roblox.
Another way to get the sound ID is to use Roblox Studio. Within the Roblox Studio you can access the Creator Store through the Toolbox panel. Here you can search for a sound or song to use in your Roblox experience, just as you would the website. Once you have found a sound that you want to use you can right-click on it and select Copy Asset ID to copy the sound ID. You can then use this in Roblox Studio to add a sound effect or music to your experience.
