First things first, you will need to edit your world and enable two things. First is cheats. Sadly, cheats are required to be active on the world in order for spectator mode to work. Additionally, you will need to enable spectator mode in your world options. This is one of the weirder things about Minecraft Bedrock spectator as it is not enabled by default.
Once you have spectator mode active, it is is actually super easy to use it on your Minecraft Bedrock world. All you need to do is join the world and run the /gamemode spectator command. When you do this, spectator will be active.
You can then use Minecraft Bedrock spectator mode to easily move around the world and spectate different things in Minecraft.
To switch out of spectator mode, just run the /gamemode survival or /gamemode creative command depending on which gamemode you want to go into.
