Aside from playing the game again after completing Fusion with an End Game File that returns Samus back to her last save, this is essentially the last chance for Samus to retrieve any item upgrades in the 6 sectors. The moment she enters one of the 6 sector's entrance halls: Navigational Room - Save Room - Recharge Room, the door will lock behind completely. So if you want to try for that 100% completion in one go, it has to be NOW.

There is only ONE more Power Bomb Tank that is located in the Main Deck, so that'll be left for later once all the sectors are cleared.

Given my progress before, clearing Sector 4 and 5 of upgrades definitely helps out, so those can be ignored completely. The next problem was trying to plot an entire route that would use as little re-treading as possible to conserve time. This took a few tries and mapping out until I got a very good one down: Sector 1 - Sector 3 - Sector 1 - Sector 2 - Sector 4 - Sector 6 - Restricted Zone - Sector 1 - Main Deck

Sector 2 probably has the most annoying power-ups and the most inconveniently scattered as one of them is all the way back to the room where Zazabi was fought for the Hi-Jump and Jumpball. The one at 11:08 where Samus must screw attack through a maze of fragile blocks is simply frustrating, I hope there are fewer of these stupid puzzles in the future. Interestingly enough it is hidden beyond one of the Security Door Lock rooms which you would typically think doesn't and wouldn't house hidden passage ways. Pretty sneaky if you ask me.

Aside from Shinesparking towards speed blocks, there are multiple instances where Shinesparking through pretty much anything is a better and quicker alternative.

I forgot that the Restricted Zone had a Navigational Room, I originally intended to return to Sector 1's entrance hallway, but oh well, nothing I can do about it. The conversation between Samus and 'Adam' feels kinda out of place, since this was the last place they spoke after the Metroid sector was discharged and demolished. And yes it is cliche that the Federation is (foolishly) trying to exploit the potential of the X Parasites, not surprisingly they were trying to do the same with the Metroids. Speaking of which, there are clearly a lot of Metroid eggs that hatched all around Sector 1, so where exactly ARE all those Metroids? The Alpha's, the Gamma's, the Zeta's and Omega's? The computer 'Adam' was dead-on in saying that the real Adam DID send Samus to certain doom while sitting comfortably in a command room (go watch Samus enter the fiery sector in Other M, WITHOUT the Varia Suit activated, my god man...)
