This video starts where the last one left off. Right at the time when most of the Loner squads are returning to Yanov Station, I set out again following two Bandits that had sought shelter during an Emission there. They head east and I follow them across the road but even before I could go over the hill, I saw a mutant body flyting through the air and heard the growl of a Pseudogiant and I knew a huge mutant battle was taking place.

At first, I thought the Bandits were going to that location, the high outer edge of the Quarry on the west side but the Bandits veered off towards the trailer camp and I quickly zapped the Pseudogiant with my Gauss Gun. I caught up with the Bandits as they actually entered in between the trailers and vehicles. I had never seen any NPCs walk in this area before, so it was a quite a surprise. However, they quickly passed through it in a strange winding pattern and then descended down into the Quarry to a common location at the bottom by the large boulder. I stayed on a mid-level and used the tree to climb on top of the Excavator and then up its tall mast to get a sweeping view of the entire Quarry area. Not much else was really going on.

I got down and then went up the Quarry on the northern side and crossed the road over to the Cement Plant where this time the Loner squad has left and it's just the three-man Freedom squad. My hope was to spend the night up there and hopefully get some really dangerous mutants like a Controller, Chimera, Burer or Pseudogiant coming up the stairwell to attack us. The chances are better at night for this, but this time it was nothing but repeated squads of Zombies coming for us, spaced out at regular intervals. I let Freedom do all the work and take most of the loot. It was more me being an observer and waiting for something more significant to happen, but it didn't.

By morning I had decided that I had spent long enough in Jupiter and was eager to return to Pripyat, which is where the next video takes us.
