Stardew Valley 235 :: Dragontooth Club
19At night, we venture into the volcano dungeon and find a shiny new club weapon within a red treasure chest! It is a stormy day, so our Junimos are not leaving their huts! During the day, we spend our time harvesting all the crops and planting more seeds, including the starfruit on the island farm!
We store our mermaid boots in the dresser before harvesting crops in the indoor garden! On the calendar, we see that it is Demetrius's birthday. Outside, we pick up our copper bars from the furnaces and check the crab pots! We also add more hops to the kegs behind the silo!
Since it is raining, our Junimos are taking a day off! We start to harvest the crops on the farm. As usual, harvesting the sunflowers does not give us enough seeds to replant them! After harvesting the coffee beans, we harvest the corn and the rest of the hops.
We pick up the mushrooms from the farm cave and store them in our chests. Next, we head into town to buy some seeds! At the bus stop, we chop down an oak tree for wood and forage for some summer plants. We head into the town's seed monopoly to buy our melon, radish, red cabbage, and summer spangle seeds!
Back on the farm, we replant our red cabbages and our melons! There are still some hops on the trellises yet to be harvested, and we gather these as well. After picking up some warp totems to our farm, we take the teleport obelisk to get to the Calico Desert!
At the desert, we find a coconut and buy some starfruit seeds from Sandy! We activate a warp totem to return home. Heading up to the backwoods, we chop down some trees before going to Robin's shop! We look for Demetrius, but he does not seem to be at home.
We search around the mountain, but Demetrius does not seem to be conducting research at the lake either! Using another warp totem, we return to our farm to plant our starfruit seeds. Afterwards, we head to the barns and coop to pet the animals!
Because it is getting late, we decide to harvest the summer spangles tomorrow! We keep away our items before heading to Ginger Island, where we find Demetrius! We give him his birthday gift of a strawberry. Following which, we head to the island farm to harvest the starfruit and replant the seeds!
When we are done, we take the parrot express to get to the volcano! Today we arrive quite late, so we make a beeline for level 9 where there is a high chance of a rare red chest! We bypass a common chest on floor 1 since it is at the end of a small maze.
On floor 5, we buy a super meal from the dwarf for a speed boost, since we did not consume our usual plate of spicy eel! We see another maze on the far right of floor 8, but decide not to go there as it may take too much time. On floor 9, we see a red chest guarded by some slimes!
Evading all the irritating flying flames to get to the red chest, we open it to get a dragontooth club! It looks quite special, but we already have the best club in the game! We use our new club to slay a tiger slime before heading to the forge, where we use our last warp totem to return to the farmhouse.
Before going to sleep, we fill the furnaces with iron ore. We keep the summer spangle seeds in our inventory to remind us to plant them tomorrow! Our preserves jars have finished processing the aged roe, and we will also have to fill them tomorrow.
