Here I show how you can find the second lightning sword of the game.
The additional trick is that if you place an object near the pedestal while an orb is evaporating, it will count as double, but without consuming the object.
It is really like the ghost bracelet trick where if you put an item in the Minoc coffin while the bracelet is in the process of vanishing, you get two times the amount of karma. One must think where this trick could work.

So, there's already a very easily obtainable lightning sword earlier in Shame, then for what can we use this one? Well, for example to dual-glitch-wield two handed swords. Even if it's just cosmetic, since the damage only comes from the right hand object, the left hand is for shields.

Seems like the early crashes came from that I glitch wielded weapons in the lantern slot. That, and the sheathed shield slot tend to not agree with actual weapon usage, however the unsheathed shield slot affects the weapon in the right hand, mostly meaning graphics and stab/slash orientation. You even can make it so that upon shooting an arrow, not only another one, rather including the bow is drawn.
