Didn't expect to be doing this. Back at it again with the lost magic. This time i'm starting episode 2. It starts off with a very unusual and open map that I don't really know what to think of as of writing this.

Getting the map record was a pain considering that the timing is very tight. The whole trick with this map is to try and kill the mancubi as quick as possible. This is easier said than done but you can get lucky if the cacodemons decide to infight. Therefore it means less clean up at the end.

The start consisted of good movement from the player, in which I had to practice (RIP wrist). Then it was spamming the weapon up hill on any fodder enemies in the way. Then you drop down to the chainsaw, saw down 2 cacos and let the other infight with the mancubus. Then you go inside, kill the mancubus in there and then kill the other mancubus outside.

Once you've done that, you need to quickly strafe to the secret and strage back to the tower. Then kill the remaining enemies and exit.

This map is short, mysterious and kinda unusual in terms of what i've played. I like how Vortale used the 666 tag, however the map itself was very open and didn't have a lot of action. I suppose this is what the map author was going for to create a dramatic effect on being in a new realm. The emerald realm I suppose...
