Borderlands 3 PC - Aim Down Sights / Scope Stutter (partial FIX)

Borderlands 3 is out already, and I’m playing it, so as usual I was testing the game, and I found a very nasty frame-time stuttering bug, when using scoped weapons mostly.
It took me a lot of time to even find a partial fix for it, I was quite tired, sleepy, etc. But in the end, the fix seems to work most of the time, it’s quite obvious, and it’s a simple one: just set your graphical settings to the Very Low preset, and then put all the settings one by one to your desired value, like High, Ultra, or whatever you prefer for each one. This, and only this, had some big noticeable impact on this issue, not a complete fix, but it does smooth things a lot, as shown in the video.
I will still do my usual performance testing video later on, as this game also comes with a built in benchmark, it’s obvious I’m going to test that, for sure, love me some built-in benchmarks, yeah.
I hope this issue gets patched soon, so this video will become irrelevant fast, in any case I upload it because I believe it’s an important issue, pretty sure many people noticed this too, so the more people talking about it, the faster it’ll be noticed and patched, hopefully.
