Brave New World 1.8.5 - Kefka (Final Boss Part 2)
3For the final fight, Kefka has decided to lose nearly all of his clothing and grow some wings as compensation. Whatever works for him!
As for Kefka, he more or less like Kaiser Dragon minus any barrier changing shenanigans. He has a strong physical skill (Havoc) though so watch out for that.
As for his elemental assault, he has tier 3 spells, Brown Note (Light damage, inflicts a random status ailment to one target), Purge (light mp damage, rips off buffs from anyone hit), and Train (blind & mute to all).
Besides that, he has a unique move in Fallen One, setting all character's hp to 1. He can also use Goner, a strong non-elemental nuke hitting the whole party with damage comparable to S.Cross. Basically, any low magic defense characters had best be protected via a cast of Shell.
Also, Kefka has a few innate statuses. Haste & regen are annoying, but he decided to be a flyer as well and have low defense. Kefka, say hello to a berserked Shadow tearing you apart. Kagenui & Orochi is a wonderful combo for a vig focused Shadow isn't it?
