Aliens have invade the planet, and you're part of the team who must stop them. Ride high with your fighter plane in this action-packed mobile shooting game called FullBlast. What you must do is to maneuver your aircraft and shoot down as many alien ships you see. Avoid getting hit by enemy's projectiles or else you will get destroyed. You will encounter bosses at the end of each stage and you must defeat them to access the next level. Use your bomb to wipe out multiple aliens ships. Don't forget to pick up the power-ups to increase your damage and avoid the power-downs.

Ever since the glorious days of Space Invaders, Galaga, and the sort, vertical scrolling shooters have always been a whole lot of fun. Sure, they don't require all that much in the way of brain power, but you don't need to get all cerebralish (yes, I can make that word up, we're not being cerebralish here at the moment) in order to have fun while playing a game. FullBlast gives you just that sort of action and fun, so let's kick back and have a looksee at this bad boy.

FullBlast pretty much says it all with its title. You've got an airplane that'll do some shooting, and the game is obviously full of blasts, as awkward as the sentence structure of that may seem.

The game is in 3D, but doesn't exactly look like a 3D game. Granted, that may be a bit confusing, but it makes sense once you play it. Rather than have the typical shiny effects and graphics of a 3D game, everything has a more subdued and matter feel to it, and a screenie of the game might make you think it's a rather spiffy-looking 2D game. That's not a bad thing by any stretch though, in fact, it gives the game a rather unique visual style that sets it apart from all of the other games in the same genre.

Another interesting aspect of the graphics is just how much is going on. Of course, you've got your main player-controlled character along with the various waves of bad guys coming at you. In addition to that though, you've also got all sorts of animations going on on the ground below you. Also, whereas most games are fairly static in terms of movement along the x-axis (everything just scrolls along the y-axis), this game actually has a lot more movement left and right than most. It allows you to see a lot more of the beautiful scenery and graphics, a definite plus.

As aforementioned, there's not really all that much to think about in this game. You take control of a one-man air force, and you're tasked with shooting down the endless waves of enemy ships coming at you. It's not quite full-fledged bullet hell, but there will certainly be a whole crap-ton of bad guys on the screen shooting at you at any given time. It makes for some really exciting and at times frantic gameplay.

You'll also be tasked with taking on a few boss characters, because, let's face it, it would be boring if you just kept scrolling forward blasting things apart. To aid in those fights, you can also upgrade your main weapon, from the standard Vulcan type weapon (the M61, not the pointy-eared guy in space) to more outlandish and fantastic weaponry. Just seeing all the different things at your disposal makes the game that much more enjoyable.

And that just about wraps it up for this little article. Go on and grab yourself a copy of FullBlast now! It's got some great old school vertical shooting action with lots of modern flair thrown in for good measure!
