It's a rainy autumn day! In the volcano mines, the dwarf merchant sells us a nice pink bow which we put on for the rest of the day. Such a cute hat! At night we continue fishing for Demetrius's special order but we don't catch any midnight carp at all!

After waking up, we see that the fairy roses and honey are done! We gather the iridium bars from the furnaces before making new bars. Riding our horse around the farm, no crops seem to have grown apart from the fairy roses and the bok choy, but our crystalariums are done!

We harvest mushrooms from the mushroom cave and truffles from the pig pen before petting our animals in the coop and the barns. Then we go to town to buy more fairy rose and bok choy seeds! After harvesting the fairy roses, we craft our first fairy dust! This is a recipe we unlocked a year ago when we helped out the pirate's wife on Ginger Island!

Behind our obelisks, our beetroots have also grown so we harvest and replant them with seeds from the chests. We craft a dressed spinner in preparation for our fishing trip later in the night! Then, we head down to Ginger Island to check on the farm.

Our fairy roses on the island farm have not grown yet, but otherwise all seems to be well! We venture into the volcano dungeon to see what we can find. On floor 1, there are a large number of magma sprites and dwarvish sentries! We consume many plates of salad just to stay alive.

Once we reach the dwarven trader, it is already 8 pm at night! Our inventory is quite full so we toss away some sap into the rubbish bin. We purchase the pink bow from the dwarf, who only sells it on random days! Taking the parrot express, we make a small detour to the island dig site.

There are many artefact spots at the dig site! Unfortunately our inventory is full of items, so we leave the pink bow on the ground before heading to the island farm to deposit some items in the chests. Wearing our new pink bow, we travel to the mountain lake at Stardew Valley to commence fishing!

Sad to say we don't find a single midnight carp! Either they don't appear on rainy days or we are quite unlucky today. The fortune teller did tell us that the spirits were very displeased with us! Again we run out of inventory space, so we stop by the mines to put some items in the chests.

We head back to the farmhouse early since we mistakenly left our warp totem at Ginger Island. Perhaps we will catch more midnight carp the next day, or perhaps we should just give up on this pointless special order!
