We have very good luck yet again! To complete Gunther's special order Fragments of the Past, we head into the icy levels of the mines to get bone fragments from the skeletons. After depositing the bones at the museum, we go to the Ginger Island volcano for more mining!

Is it just me, or have we been very lucky for the entirety of fall so far? In fact, we also have had the best luck on the last 3 days of summer! I don't know if the fortune teller is broken or it is a sign that we should ditch the farm and go mining instead!

Today it is raining on both the mainland and Ginger Island! We start off our day by emptying the crab pots and the furnaces. We craft a pair of garden pots for our indoor garden, since I realise there is one more crop we can plant which are strawberries! We still have heaps of strawberry seeds from the last Egg Festival.

We also plant the peach sapling that we got from a treasure chest in Skull Cavern, near the central path where there is some empty space. It will not grow before winter, but the next summer we can probably enjoy some juicy peaches! Afterwards, we look for our animals in the barn and coop to ensure they are happy.

In the greenhouse, we harvest peaches and other fruits from our more mature fruit trees! We pick up some silver-quality ancient fruit to sell since we have more than a stack of them. After planting the strawberries in our farmhouse, we toss the ancient fruit into the shipping bin!

At the bus stop, Pam laments about her daily routine. We empathise with her since we always do the same things over and over on the farm for money! We appreciate Pam for her dedication to her job, being present to drive the bus every day regardless of rain or shine. That makes her better than half the villagers in our book!

Continuing on, we proceed into the mines to look for bone fragments. We don't just get the bone fragments that we need, but we find a bunch of other good resources as well! Radioactive ore, iron ore and stone are aplenty. From a haunted skull, we get an extremely rare drop of a stick of magic rock candy as well! I guess the fortune teller was right about our luck today.

We take the minecarts to town and pass Gunther our bone fragments, then we head to Ginger Island to check on the growing crops. Seems like all is well so we make our way into the volcano mining area! We find just one sole iridium node but it gives us a colourful prismatic shard!

At floor 5, we buy a bunch of mega bombs from the dwarven trader, since we used a lot of bombs in the Skull Cavern this week! Floor 6 is a mushroom floor and we harvest all the valuable magma caps, whether benign or aggressive!

We make it back to the farmhouse just in time before we pass out. From the sale of ancient fruits, we collect a good amount of gold! I wonder what we should spend it on?
