State Of Decay 2 {Part 7} My community is infected, we haven't much time !!!
3Let us play State of Decay 2 Juggernaut edition and this is episode number 6. This is a Microsoft exclusive game for PC and Xbox One and I am playing the Xbox One version. All gameplay footage has been captured using the Xbox One's built-in capture software in 720p that is then upscaled to 1080p using an upscaling software during the editing process. Hopefully if the channel grows, I will be able to invest in some much better and up to date equipment in the future for maximum quality video. Anyway, in this episode we chase a thief and decide what kind of people we want to be, and the blood plague is infecting almost everyone! The first mission we undertake we find out via a radio call that alerts us to the case of a thief who has stolen a bag of our very much needed supplies and it's up to us whether we want to try and get it back. Choosing to pursue the accused we jump in the car and head towards a convenience store that we are told the thief is held up in. On arriving we enter the store excepting a group of hostile survivors ready to do what it takes to keep us from taking back the much-needed supplies we all need as much as the other. But it turns out to only be the thief on her own and so we confront her... Choosing to be the good guys we decide to take back the supplies and let her live to fight another day. Job done now back to base! After arriving back at the home base, it is suddenly realised that a large segment of our community is suffering from blood plague infection and are not doing too well. We have not yet built an infirmary or anything and our new location has not built-in medical facilities whatsoever! So, it becomes a race against time to find the necessary resources and begin construction of our new infirmary. The infirmary takes what feels like forever to construct but finally after a while its finished and we can now start putting people under medical care to cure them from their blood plague ailments. But we now run into another problem, we have no antidotes, no cures for the blood plague to use!! So, it becomes a mad dash, race against time to precure the samples needed for making the vaccines. But where do we get blood plague samples.... from dead zombies! We head back out of our base and track down some Zeds in order to kill and harvest them for the much in demand plague samples. But they are not dropping any samples at all... We kill a few more but nothing still... How did we find them before I wondered... Then I realised I was killing the wrong type of zombies! I surely must need to find zombies that are covered in a red substance or that have red coloured skin and kill those ones, surely, they have the plague. So, setting off back to the homebase to stock up on weapons and supplies we open the map and mark the location of the nearest plague heart. The episode ends with the journey about to begin... Will we get the blood plague samples in time to save the community? With only one bed in the infirmary, it may mean people will still run out of time and turn even if we have the correct supplies to save them. We may have to end up picking whose life matters more than others so they can get priority position on the infirmary bed...
