0Assassin's Creed II - Sequence 10; Ezio has finally ascended to becoming a true member of the Assassin Brotherhood. Now, he needs to protect the Piece of Eden with all that he has learned.

The Piece of Eden has returned, and Ezio intends to figure out where they're taking it. The assassin stalks the courier, leading him all the way to a district somewhere in Venezia. Upon arrival he discovers that the Spaniard has arrived in Venezia as well, so Ezio has to adapt to his situation, disguising himself as one of the Templar soldiers meant to deliver the Piece of Eden to him. Once arriving at their destination, Ezio confront Rodrigo Borgia, as the two of them fight for the Piece of Eden. Just when things seem to become more difficult, Mario, along with La Volpe, Antonio, and Bartolomeo return to aid Ezio in fighting back against the Spaniard, forcing him to retreat.
It turns out, that after all these years, the people that Ezio has met, have aided him in becoming an assassin. Every person that Ezio has met are apart of the Assassin Brotherhood as well. Now, Ezio has finally ascended to become a member himself. His goal now is to protect the Piece of Eden from the hands of the Templars. Fortunately, their allies in Forli, specifically Caterina Sforza, have the walls and cannons to protect them. Just when things seem to be going well, the Orsi Brothers, Ludovico and Checco, have arrived not only for the Piece of Eden but Riario's Map as well. And to make things more difficult, the Orsi Brothers have captured two of Caterina's children, prompting Ezio to rescue them before they die.
But even after rescuing the children, this only served as a distraction. Checco managed to steal the Piece of Eden, and now Ezio has to go and get it back from him. Just when he recovered the piece, Ezio fell unconscious after getting stabbed by someone, who took the piece right from his hands. Now Ezio has to find out who stole the Piece of Eden and what they intend on doing with it. All he knew was that it was a monk wearing a black robe, called Savonarola...
