Assassin's Creed II - Sequence 5; After aiding Lorenzo, Ezio hunts down the last member of the Pazzi family, Jacopo de' Pazzi, along with the henchmen working under him.

Now that Francesco has been eliminated, Lorenzo take a brief moment to open up to Ezio about his past life. He was just a child who simply fell down into the river, and was eventually saved by Ezio's father, Giovanni Auditore. But that faithful event would result in a blossoming relationship between the two families. In return for the kindness that Ezio has brought to Lorenzo once more, he lists additional names that work under Jacopo de' Pazzi, who will soon be assassinated. Before he can begin, however, Ezio makes one stop at Leonardo's workshop to develop a modification to his hidden blades. They can now induce poisoning in their enemies, which can be quite useful in a pinch.

Returning to Monteriggoni, Ezio discusses with his uncle Mario about the recovery of more Codex Pages. At the moment, it all seems a blur, with the only phrase "Only the prophet may open it..." floating around their heads. But there will be another time for that, as Ezio trains a little more in preparations to attack the last remaining henchmen of the Pazzi family. When the time came to strike, Ezio manages to assassinate all the henchmen working for Jacopo, one of them unveiling where he will be. Armed with knowledge, Ezio stalks Tuscany, following Jacopo until he came to an open field.

There, Jacopo expresses his failures to the Spaniard, trying to pin the blame on the other members of the Pazzi, but it was obvious what his incompetence would lead to. The Spaniard puts a dagger into his body, leaving him to die, already aware that Ezio was following them. Still, Ezio eliminates the soldiers that stayed behind, before ending Jacopo's life for good. With the Pazzi family eliminated, Lorenzo rewards Ezio with the Medici cloak, allowing him to roam Firenze with more leniency. But for now, there is still much work to do.
