Dark Destiny is a King's Field fangame by DMPDesign made in the Sword of Moonlight editor. The game follows the story of Dias Bagil, the man who would go on to become KF1US's Necron, as he seeks to unlock the darkness hidden deep inside him.

Back into the Central Village area. After a quick chat with Sandler and his mother, it's back to Celffy's shop to sell enough things to afford Seath's Leg Guards which is a huge defensive upgrade for me. The extra earth defense will also help for an area I have to visit soon.

Anyways, if you go towards the blacksmith's house, you may see another path you can explore back there. This leads to a mill of sorts with a lady saying she wants something special to cook with. Maybe we'll find something in the forest to the south.

As you're walking through it, keep an eye to the east for a treeman. If you approach it and it doesn't immediately attack you and your own attacks are not registering, you've found the one treeman in this area that will converse with you. Apparently this one is looking for Gigi. Guess she was right about a tree saving her.

Anyways, keep looking to the east as you head south. There's a dead end with a moss covered golem and a nearby pedestal that can't be dealt with at the moment at the next path east after the talking treeman, then a path leading to some flying fairy archers and a flower on the ground you can pick up, Rowena's Bloom.

Continuing ever onwards to the south leads to a bunch of trees and some platforms above you can reach by climbing some rocks near one tree. If you follow the path, you'll reach an elevator. Take it to the top to find a fairy queen which you speak with.

She mentions being taken to this island by someone called Atainius. He apparently was jealous of everything Orladin had (Which includes magical creatures like the fairy queen. He sure was an odd collector of things). The fairy queen did her own screw you to Atainius by sealing the pathway to his domain. She's willing to unseal it for you, but she wants a Gaia Stone from the Earth Caves first.

If you talk to her a bit more after that, she reveals the Earth Dragons there are the key to reaching it, but mentions they will be difficult to overcome.

Before leaving, make sure you search near the stone pillars here. There's a Phantom Rod to pick up.

Warp back (or walk back if you prefer), save up.
