But in all seriousness, this was definitely something I was not expecting to finish so soon! I have noticed that my attempt numbers at each video are decreasing, so maybe I am starting to work my ways up the ranks and improve at the game. Or most likely i'm getting very lucky with these runs.
Just a real thing to take note of: To get every single enemy killed is actually impossible, and this is because 2 chaingunners are out of bounds. Therefore the "UV-Max" for this run is every kill minus 2. So technically I did complete the UV-Max, this isn't a failed attempt what-so-ever!
Nuts 3 isn't actually so hard, it looks menacing but it's a breeze if your strategy is optimised correctly. Other than that, the only things that can really mess you up are the arch-viles. These impatient delinquents are somehow able to zap you a million miles away, when in reality they shouldn't be able to do that. I have a feeling it's because a monster that dies ends up causing the arch vile to go in it's pain state (and since the code for doom is quite buggy), it therefore is able to target enemies infinite map units away such as the player. (I learnt this from a decino video, so thanks decino!)
BPRD is someone i've never encountered in any of my gameplays with doom maps. His style from what I can see is very unique, almost to the point he is obsessed with light and sparkles. It's magical yet also it gives the wad a signature, like you know it's BPRD's work. I've heard a lot about him from MtPain, seeing as he made a 5 minute video on the Mucus Flow. And this has proven to me that BPRD's maps are definitely something people should look forward to playing more often. And this even includes the countless joke maps he has made.
Overall, Nuts3 is a fantastic experience, and it should be well known to the community. However my only drawback to this wad is that you can really only experience it once. When you play this map the second time, you already know what to expect. But i definitely recommend this to speedrunners.
