This is Renoir with X3DAudio HRTF [IRC_1037 tables]. It's a cinematic platformer puzzle game with a noir backdrop, although the gameplay and story are pretty segregated. One look at the average Steam review score will tell you pretty much everything you need to know about Renoir. All I can say is, it has a free demo, it runs on Unreal Engine 4, it works with X3DAudio HRTF, and the protagonist does the Virgin Walk. The 2.5D camera angle provides an interesting perspective for 3D audio not usually heard on this channel.
