This is Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter with OpenAL Soft's HRTF [IRC_1037 tables]. I'm playing this with the Workshop mod that restores the Minigun's classic stats. This is really just more of the First Encounter HD video, so I left the music on to make it less boring for you to watch. It's pretty hard to find levels to record in TSE since they're all extremely long and full of frustrating gimmick fights that would make me quickload dozens of times. At least this one had a cool Kleer segment that shows off the flaws in SSHD's positional audio engine.
Note that in order to use OpenAL Soft HRTF in Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter, you need to place a 32-bit soft_oal.dll renamed to "OpenAL32.dll" inside c:\Windows\SysWOW64 and then set sfx_iAPI=0; in the console.
