After returning from the Prometheus Movie Theater and being at the Laundromat during an Emission, it was now light enough outside to go out again. Before I did that, I was listening to some guitar played by one of the Military, but it didn't last long. I went around and noticed the rank of all the Military and then checked my load out and I was soon on the way to the Old Service Center.

I took the same way as before but this time it was daylight. At the curve in the road where I had veered off straight to the Prometheus Movie Theater, I instead continued westward and got close to the nearby Apartment building for cover. I moved in getting closer to the Old Service Center and I saw a dead Pseudodog hanging out up on the second floor. I could see the building was full of electric anomalies, so I equipped an artifact for the most protection.

I entered the building and did my best to navigate through the anomalies but it was impossible not to get shocked. Even using my detector to carefully pass through them, I still got zapped and had to be quick on the medkits. I'm trying to go in every room looking for stashes, supplies and anything I can find. I make it to the back corner, opposite of the way I had entered and from there ascend to the second floor. I check out what I can, but I hear the shuffle of feet that is a sound familiar as being in the presence of a Burer.

Finally, I step into the largest room on the second floor and at the far end I see the Burer with several metal shelves between us and a support column that I use for cover as I start throwing grenades. The Burer starts levitating metal cylinders and other object and throwing them at me as I weave back and forth lobbing grenades until I'm out. Then I grab my knife and run up to the Burer face to face and start stabbing him as he throws his arms up with his protection shield but he kept maintain it long and finally my knife keeps plunging in him until he is dead.

In a back room on the second floor, I find ammo, an OG-7V round, some grenades and on a shelf the Calibration tools. Success! I continue to snoop around checking out all the rooms and I even get zapped again in a bathroom. With a nice sizeable load of loot, I decide it times to go, and I exit the building but take a complete survey of all sides of the building before returning pretty much the way I came.

This time as I passed the Zombies, I killed and looted them and then continued south along the main boulevard until I was back at the Laundromat shortly. Now I was ready to take the mission with the Military. I had no idea that it was going to be the most difficult part of the Game so far, so you will just have to see that for yourself.
