With all the Nirnroot that I think I need collected I made my return to Skingrad. Upon my return, I immediately sought out Sinderion and I gave him the 20 Nirnroot he requested. As I suspected, he now wants 30 Nirnroot for the next stage of the potion. It would seem that my thinking ahead regarding this quest will pay off nicely.

I then recalled that I missed out on a meeting with Glarthir the other night. I asked around if people knew about this individual but they seemingly have a low opinion of him. I was even approached by a guard named Dion, who told me that Glarthir is the local nutjob and that I should avoid him. I was upfront with Dion regarding Glarthir's request to meet me.

Dion seemed to appreciate the honesty and told me to seek him out if there was anything strange about his requests. I spent the time in Skingrad looking for information of any kind and witnessed a crime being committed. Skingrad is a lovely place and it would be nice to have a home that isn't a shack. Perhaps I should inquire about purchasing a home here soon.

I would eventually meet up with Glarthir who was very suspicious at first, making sure I wasn't followed and that I would keep quiet about what he was going to tell me. I agreed and then he proceeded to tell me that he was being watched. while I didn't ask about what he was being watched for he gave out a list of names of people that he wanted me to keep an eye on. I am to watch their daily movements and report any signs of them keeping tabs on Glarthir.

I'm not sure I'm comfortable with stalking people but if his accusations are true his life could be in danger. Bernadette seems to be a hard worker and a follower of one of the Nine. She goes to chapel every morning and then works the vineyard unless it rains, then she heads home. Not much to report on but out of curiosity I did say she was suspicious just to see if there was any reaction from Glarthir.

Glarthir seems to have confirmed his suspicions and was delighted to hear that she was spying on him. He then tells me to keep an eye on Toutius Sextius as he is another person that Glarthir wants to keep tabs on. I can tell this is going to be a long few days...
