Venture in a seemingly endless corridor designed to test your reflexes. And with the power of gravity, anything is possible in this fast-paced mobile game called Gravity Project. The objective in this game is to run in this corridor and avoid various obstacles. Some of these obstacles are laser beams or half-closed walls. Make your character jump to avoid them. You can also slide down to hit the power boxes for points. Collecting the time coins will also add points. Plus, you have the ability to control gravity that will help you run on the walls to avoid the obstacles.

Considering just how many there are out there, it can pretty much be guaranteed that endless runners are a whole lot of fun. Because of that, any new endless runner on the block needs to have something new to it to set it apart from the rest of the mix, otherwise it's just another endless runner without anything special about it. Gravity Project does just that, and it's a whole lot of fun.

At first, Gravity Project just seems like another endless runner, basically Temple Run but with a different skin. After a bit of playing though, you'll realize that it's quite different, and while it may feel the same at times, there's enough about it to set it apart.

First off, the graphics are pretty great. Everything is in 3D, and the camera angles really take advantage of that giving you interesting views of the action as you shift from one view to the other. This happens because you're able to shift your gravity, hence the name of the game, so that you can run along the walls should you so choose. The camera angles rotate and shift accordingly, going from typical chase cam, to angled behind one shoulder, and back. It's a lot of fun watching these little transitions, so be careful that you don't waste too much time jumping around.

The sounds aren't really anything of note, but they certainly do the job of setting the tone of the game well enough though. There's music, sure, but it's nothing to write home about. Still, it does set the ambiance and the atmosphere, and that coupled with the graphics makes for some spiffy game playing feel. There are some sound effects though, particularly when you jump, or flip, or run into things. Like the music, these are subdued and the main focus is still on the game itself.

If you've played an endless runner before, then you should be fairly familiar with how the game works. You swipe left and right or up and down to move your character around. You've got to dodge various obstacles like glowing red laser barriers, metal walls strangely placed inside the tunnel, or crates (also strangely) lying around. You can slide into some obstacles like the crates to knock them away, but others you'll have to dodge.

Where things get interesting though are when you shift your gravity. This will allow you to jump up and start running on either wall. You'll need to do this to get past certain obstacles, like there being a laser barrier on the floor, but the gap above it being too narrow to jump through. By shifting gravity and running along the wall, you're able to fit through the barrier that you would previously have been unable to. Also, you can do this to nab all the different goodies littered throughout each level. And yes, there are different levels. The game is perhaps not exactly and -endless- runner as it's divided into levels, but each level end serves more as a checkpoint rather than a definite end or start, so there's that.

So if you're looking for a unique endless runner, then look no further, go on and download Gravity Project! It's free and it's a whole lot of fun!s
